2020 Platinum Invisalign® Providers

Skelton Orthodontics is excited to offer Invisalign® clear aligners to Fort Payne and is proud to be Platinum Invisalign® Providers in 2020. Invisalign® is a great option for patients who want a more discreet form of straightening their teeth.

What is Invisalign®?

Unlike traditional metal braces, Invisalign® is a form of orthodontic treatment that consists of clear plastic aligners. The aligners are removable and are custom made. Patients with this treatment plan will move through a series of aligners that shift their teeth over time. You wear each aligner one to two weeks or as instructed by Dr. Skelton.

As Invisalign® Providers, our team will scan your teeth using a 3D scanning machine. Dr. Skelton will then create a unique treatment plan for each patient and send the plan to Invisalign to make the aligners. Invisalign then sends them back to us to give to you! We will have you in for checkups every few weeks to check progress and answer any questions.

This orthodontic treatment is perfect for adults! The clear aligners are difficult to see and do not affect everyday life quite as much as traditional metal braces. Not everyone is a candidate for Invisalign clear aligners, but we can review your treatment options with you after your initial exam.

So far this year, we are platinum level Invisalign providers. The Invisalign® level represents the number of Invisalign® aligner treatments prescribed by Dr. Aimee Skelton. There are various tiers and we can change levels over time. You can trust Dr. Skelton and our team with your Invisalign treatment due to our experience and training.
