Clear Orthodontic Braces
One of the biggest concerns that we hear about orthodontic treatment is what it will look like. Traditional metal braces sometimes aren’t ideal for patients looking for a discreet transformation. But there’s good news – there are other options! Clear braces!
Love Your Smile
Of course, the ultimate goal of any orthodontic treatment is to achieve a beautiful and healthy smile. But there’s no reason you can’t love your smile while you’re undergoing orthodontic treatment too! Technology has given us many modern options when it comes to clear braces and less noticeable treatments. We’re proud to offer our patients the most innovative ways to achieve the smile they want – after AND during treatment!
Invisalign®
Invisalign® is one of the most popular ways to complete subtle orthodontic treatment with clear braces. A set of clear trays, known as aligners, are custom made for each patient. The trays move teeth into their ideal position by applying gentle pressure. Each patient is given a set of aligners. An easy-to-follow-schedule lets patients know when it’s time to move up to the next tray. The best part? These clear trays are virtually invisible! Which means, that you won’t have to worry about the way that you look when you’re wearing them. It’s possible that most people won’t even realize you’re undergoing orthodontic treatment. There are many other benefits to Invisalign outside of their aesthetic appearance too. Such as, the fact that the trays are removable, which makes it easier to clean your teeth and your orthodontic appliance. And in most cases, Invisalign® means fewer office visits because moving to the next aligner achieves similar results as getting your braces tightened.
Clear Ceramic Braces
Another popular choice for less noticeable orthodontic treatment is clear ceramic braces. This option provides a natural-colored bracket that blends in with your teeth. Many patients find this to be an attractive way to achieve their smile goals through a clear braces option. Just like traditional metal braces, clear ceramic braces move your teeth through a series of brackets and wires that apply pressure to your teeth. This is an especially good option for patients who may not remember to wear or change aligner trays.
