Continuing Education for Dental Professionals

Continuing education is important for dental professionals to better serve patients. Dr. Skelton is committed to helping experts in our community complete their required continuing certification each year.

To help professionals in the area, Dr. Aimee Skelton and Nashville Dental sponsored an event on October 12, 2018, titled, How to Wow! Your Patients and Team. This event included a three-hour lecture from Gary Johnson, M.A., MBA, on how to wow patients and team members. During this time, Gary shared ways to provide impressive customer service that creates favorable word-of-mouth from patients. The lecture also included a CPR certification by the Fort Payne Fire Department. Together, our goal is to give patients the best experience at each visit no matter what practice they choose.

Who is Gary Johnson?

Gary Johnson has over 20 years of senior leadership and sales experience. He holds two graduate degrees in business and has led multiple companies to double-digit sales growth even in difficult financial times. Gary has helped coach and train over 1,000 companies, ranging in size from as small as five employees to as large as 1,000.

Gary has delivered over 500 speeches and workshops in the last five years on business development, setting and achieving goals, team building, customer service, and leadership. In addition, his book, Wowed!, released on February, 2018, to rave reviews. Tom Ziglar (Zig Ziglar’s son and CEO of Ziglar, Inc.), Terry Paulson, world-renowned speaker and psychologist, and world-famous Dr. David Sarver, just to name a few, endorsed his book.
