Meet Abby Grace

Want to know more about Abby Grace? Check out her interview below!

Q: What is your favorite part about being a Skelton Orthodontics SmileStar?

A: I love being a Smile Star because to me attitude is everything and having a smile on your face, a smile you’re confident in can completely turn your life around.

Q: What is your favorite place to go in Fort Payne and why?

A: The Spot. Even though I’m not a coffee junkie or anything I absolutely love the atmosphere of that place. It’s the perfect spot to just curl up with a book, a warm drink and some great friends.

Q: What did you enjoy about your orthodontic treatment at Skelton Orthodontics?

A: Most definitely the staff! I had my braces for 3 years and I never once had a bad experience at Skelton. Everyone who works there is always so nice and friendly!

Q: What do you like to do on the weekends?

A: On the weekends I’m often cheering on the Sylvania Rams, spending time with the people I love and hopefully finding a little time to shop in between.

Q: Tell us three fun facts about you!

A: 1) This year I was Sylvania’s sophomore homecoming attendant 2) I have zero stage freight. Some of my favorite things are singing/talking at church, doing theatre at NACC or pageants (really just being on stage!)  3) My biggest goal in life is for people to see Jesus through me.

Q: Is there a volunteer/community event you enjoy working with or attending?

A: At my church we have a Charlotte’s Shoe Box Ministry and in the months before Christmas a lot of time and energy go into those 1200 boxes, but just knowing that it will make a difference in a child’s life makes it worth it!

Q: What color do you feel best describes you and why?

A: Yellow! I believe in the importance of having a positive, bubbly attitude, and always remembering to smile no matter the circumstances. And nothing says bright, happy yellow quite like the joy that comes from Jesus.

Q: If you had to choose one song to be your “walk out song” and play every time you walk into a room, what would it be and why?

A: Sugar, Sugar but the Archies – I’d choose that song because it’s simply a feel-good song, one that you’re not too mad about if it gets stuck in your head.

Dr. Aimee Skelton and the Skelton Orthodontics team are so proud to have Abby Grace sport one of our smiles for miles and miles!
